Six Deep Casserole
Corn Casserole
Yield: 1 casserole | Corn casserole |
1 16oz can crm corn | Heat corn and milk. Gradually stir in egg, add next 4 |
1c milk | ingredients and dash of pepper. Mix well. Pour into 8" |
1 egg, beaten | round baking dish, sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs over |
1c Ritz cracker crumbs | dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes. |

Chicken A La King
Yield: 3-4 servings | Chicken A La King |
2 oz margarine | Melt margarine and add flour, bend on stove in large frying |
1T flour | pan over medium heat. Add milk and soup. If too thick, add |
3/4c milk | a little more milk. Add chicken and pimiento. Serve over |
1/4c crm mushroom soup | toast or rice. |
