Six Deep Casserole




Yield: 1 casserole Six Deep Casserole
   
2c raw, diced potatoes Layer a 2 1/2 quart casserole dish with the potatoes, onions,
1c uncooked rice peppers, rice and hamburger.  Cover with soup and water.
2 cans tomato soup Bake at 300 degrees for 1 1/2 hours.
1c raw sliced onion  
1c diced bell pepper  
1lb hamburger  
salt/pepper to taste  
1 1/2c water  
   
   
   
   
   
   
   

Corn Casserole



Yield: 1 casserole Corn casserole
1 16oz can crm corn Heat corn and milk.  Gradually stir in egg, add next 4
1c milk ingredients and dash of pepper.  Mix well.  Pour into 8"
1 egg, beaten round baking dish, sprinkle remaining cracker crumbs over
1c Ritz cracker crumbs dish and bake at 350 degrees for 20 minutes.
1/4c minced onion
3T chopped pimiento
3/4t salt
1/2c Ritz cracker crumbs

Chicken A La King






Yield: 3-4 servingsChicken A La King
2 oz margarineMelt margarine and add flour, bend on stove in large frying
1T flourpan over medium heat.  Add milk and soup.  If too thick, add
3/4c milka little more milk.  Add chicken and pimiento.  Serve over
1/4c crm mushroom souptoast or rice.
2c chopped cooked chicken
1 sm jar pimiento

Southern Chicken Casserole






Yield: 1 casseroleSouthern Chicken Casserole
2 1/2 c diced cooked chickenMix all ingredients except corn flakes and butter and put
1c chopped celeryin ungreased casserole dish.  Melt butter and mix with
2c cooked ricecorn flakes.  Spoon over top of casserole.  Bake at 350
3/4c mayonnaisedegrees for 35 minutes or until heated through.  Excellent
1t chopped onionmade with leftover turkey.
1t lemon juice
1/4c butter, melted
1 can water chestnuts
1 can mushrooms
1 can crm chicken soup
3 eggs, boiled, chopped
1c corn flakes, crushed
