Citrus Ginger Chicken

Yield: 1 marinadeCitrus Ginger Chicken
  
1/4 c orange marmaladeCombine all ingredients.  Split marinade between 2 freezer bags and
1 T honey mustardadd up to 1lb of chicken to each bag.  Marinate at least 1 hour.
3/4 t ground gingerMay be frozen after adding meat and thawed before using.
