Whiskey Marinade

Yeild: 1 marinadeWhiskey Marinade
  
1/4c whiskeyCombine all ingredients.  Pour into a freezer bag and add
1/4c soy sauce1-1 1/2 lbs beef.  Marinade at least 6 hours.
1/4c dijon mustardMay be frozen after adding meat and thaw before use.
1/4c finely chopped grn onion 
1/4c packed brown sugar 
1t salt 
1 dash worcestershire sauce
