Yield: 2 marinade | Cranberry Chicken |
2T butter, melted | Mix all ingredients. Divide in half between 2 gallon sized |
1T soy sauce | freezer bags. Add about 1lb cut up chicken to each bag. |
1/2c cranberry juice | Marinate at least one hour or freeze until ready to prepare. |
1/4c orange juice | Thaw before preparing. |
